disappointing lack of basic amenities
the staff were not aware of our arrival and were not courteous at all. the room was very small and no small amenities like soap were not provided. the towels were dirty and looked used. no hot water and no staff manning the reception. not even a telephone to contact the reception. overall a disappointing stay. the tv does not have a connection
