disappointing lack of basic amenities

the staff were not aware of our arrival and were not courteous at all. the room was very small and no small amenities like soap were not provided. the towels were dirty and looked used. no hot water and no staff manning the reception. not even a telephone to contact the reception. overall a disappointing stay. the tv does not have a connection

Dear Mr. Arun Ravi, your selected room is suitable for couples with out children, we have executive rooms for with children having king size bed this is the suitable options for your stay, due to the excess amount of people you had availed in your room that is why it felt congested. sorry for any further inconvenience.
