satisfied stay. rooms are spacious. staff are cooperative. pleasant and comfortable stay

large size room, Good air conditioning, But the dirty smell in the bathroom of the room I was given on the day of my stay was very unpleasant. I don't know what its condition was like afterwards.

Decent Accommodation for overnight stay with affordable price. No food option at hotel.

The room was superb. we booked a non-AC room and there was no need of any AC facility. The lighting and ambiance of the room was top notch. The amenities and daily life stuffs provided by the owner was good. we even got tooth brush. The owner was really really well behaved. He also provided a pamphlets containing all the tourist places.

The bathroom was unclean, dirt and was smelling so bad and we had to request them to clean, yet the smell was there and the walls were even dirty. We checked out in the morning after telling them that we are leaving and after sometime they called and asked if we have taken their towels where inf-act no towels were provided. It was just the 2 pillows and blanket and nothing else. Kept on arguing as if we took it. Well we informed that we can't use an unprovided towel and still they argued and asked us to check for which we had to refuse as we were clear. Such pathetic hospitality. We were okay to ignore the issues as it was a one day stay and as they agreed that they claimed and well they let us check in prior to the check in time. Considering all such, we dint posted a review. However the towel missing claim was pretty ridiculous. They should have the responsibility to walk in their guests to the room and ensure what all are provided instead of vague arguments.

Bathroom was stinking and room service for coffee, tea was not there.

Nice and pleasant stay. Manager mr santosh kumar was kind. He made all necessary arrangements for our comfortable stay. Room was good and neat at an affordable price located in the heart of the town and nearby to all restaurants.

Excellent service. Great staff. They're very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this to others. It's in a prime location and everything is accessible nearby.

The hotel is located at the heart of the sultan bathery. Market and food joints are at the walking distance. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

The room is excellent but as it was mentioned that there will be king size bed to accommodate childs that was not the case as bed is small to accomdate child
