Awesome Experience of staying in every property,all are at a good location

Food not available, Hotel owner not available sometimes, room curtain bed is very dirty..I say hotel housekeeping staff but change only bedsheet pillow cover pillow very dirty

Restaurant was closed, no attendant, self service

no room service available.. restaurant was closed... telephone not working

In amenities they will not provide what they have advertised on the website ,their all amenities like tv , hot water boiler and others are not working. you cannot get boil or cold water from the hotel as they have mentioned on the websites. When I was about to board there, there is vividly written that local ids is also allowed and as well as gov ids , when I had given them my student id or pan card , the owner was denying to accept that ids , but when I asked him that let me cancel it then he allowed me. overall the hospitality of the hostel owner is not good.
