Hotel is very good and clean all staffs also very good they support every time when you required anything any time but restaurant facility is not good need to improve restaurant facility.

Everything was good as expected. The staff were hospitable and warm. The food was tasty and healthy. The amenities provided was good. On the whole the three days stay was a lovely experience.

I recently visited Rajgir and stayed there for 2 days. We reached 2-3 hours early, which was preinformed, and were temporarily given a room as there was no hotel lobby. Both the rooms I booked were supposed to have air conditioning, but there wasn't any in one of them, and we had to open the windows in the cold repeatedly for air circulation. Location-wise, it's about 2–3 kilometers outside the central area, and you won't find any shops or restaurants nearby. Rooms are of standard size, but the linens were dirty and washrooms were stinking. We had to make several requests before they changed the linens and tried to clean the washroom. The weather was cold, and we had a young child with us. Initially, the hotel declined our request for a room heater. After repeated requests, I was asked to speak to the owner of the hotel, and a room heater was provided at a rate rs 100 per hour. (paid Rs. 1600 for 16 hours). Food was simple and fine. Make sure to place your order between 90 and 120 minutes before you anticipate receiving your food. You don't have to be lucky to notice rodents running around in the dining area. Overall, for a brief business trip esp if you are driving, it would probably be okay for one night. But for a family trip, you may consider thinking twice.

Property's location was well outside town, but next to the highway. It was not quiet. Cleanliness was a concern (hair in the drain. The hot water geyser did not have a working thermostat (steam would blow out and you had to power down- it would then need to be reset. Electrical work in the room seemed to be unsafe judging by that and the connection for the ac. Had to ask repeatedly for a second towel or coffee cup. No toilet paper was provided even after request. Had to ask for bottled water. Breakfast took a long time after ordering just toast and omelet.

I have never seen staff like this hotel. This is the best hotel i have seen in my life. Whoever wants to go to this hotel should go with his eyes closed. I assure you, he will not face any problem.

The hotel is well maintained. It is situated some distance away from the city centre, but the location is calm and peaceful. The taste of food was also very good. Enjoyed the stay here.

Room quality excellent, although small. Behavior of staff outstanding. They have no restaurant and brings food from outside which was ok. But the location is 3-4 kms from the market area and every-time you have to hire a full e-rickshaw for transport.

The manager of this property was very helpful and polite. The location of the property was also good. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Stay was good. Location was a little bit outside the main market. All the tourist spot is 6 to 7 km away from hotel. Staff behaviour was good. Room was clean. Bathroom clean and dry. Overall good experience.

1st mujhe laga ki new hotel hai kaisi service rahegi pta nhi. Lekin manger sonu is such a decent & educated person, he made everything smooth. Kuch chi-zen lunch me available nhi thi, still unhone mangwa k room me dilwaya. B hot achcha laga stay karke. B hot friendly auro familiar way me treat karte hain. In total, ek shandar hotel hai jo b hot jald logo n k dill me bas jayega.

5 star to hotel. If possible, 10 star. Kaya interior hai. 1st look me impress kaise karte ha-in inko pta hai. Entry assi thi jaise kisi bade star hotel me rehne ja rha hoon. Amazing manager, all educated. Knows how to welcome guests. Must visit hotel for anyone and everyone.
