7 Hills Hotel and Resort

Room was very good Housekeeping service was not bad but not good. Food was excellent. All facility that hotel provided was excellent.like swimming,spa zym ,beauty parlour.

as an average everything is good,like food and services and location which I come to know through MMT.

Amazing experience at this stay. Close to Nalanda Site, well maintained hotel with good staff. Lots of space, washroom is clean. Restaurant food is good.

It was good stay rooms were okay

The room stay was good. The only issue we faced was the service provided during dining. The food ordered at the dining table takes a lot of time. The property overall is good. Only they need to take care of their food delivery and more experienced waiter or employees with hospitality experience. 🙏

Neat and clean premise and staff are good. Food is also nice. You just need a taxi to travel Rajgir.

Location: very good food: quality ok, service slow, less variety in buffet breakfast, few restaurant staff behaviour bad amenities: found dirty bedsheet, dirty electric kettle, other things were clean service: in general very slow at the time of check out one front desk staff tried to cheat us. He charges an amount without showing proper bill, have excuse that sm was not working. He was charging double of the actual. However, we denied to pay-band insisted to show proper bill

Overall the stay was good, but i found restaurant service was not good. It was too slow had to wait more than 30 mins and staff were ignorant. Anyways food taste was good ambiance was pretty much good and stay was overall great. Had nice experience. Room was good

Location is awesome it's just 17 km away from rajgir, one can relax and chill in the evening after coming from rajgir here. Food is very costly compare to the occupancy status

Hotel infrastructure was top class and the staff was courteous. However, customer response and awareness of customer's expectation was severely lacking which showed lack of professionalism. Needs improvement. Food quality was ok, though, scope of improvement is there. However, rates were reasonable which is big plus

Hi, stay was good and food was awesome. One problem which i face it was far from rajgir destination. Around 10 km. Other then there was all good.
