There is no parking. One has to park on road. Someone broke my mudflap in night. Bathroom is very shabby with wash basin leaking . Room is good though. Staff very curtious food is good.

It’s an average property. Not worth the price. No complaints regarding the staff or the cleanliness.

Nice comfortable place with amazing ambience, room were clean and all the other facilities were good too. Have no complains about this place.

Location is good but quality of rooms are not good as it's a old building. Not worth the price. Toilets were small and not satisfactory though the breakfast spread was less, the food was good.

Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The room was big and spacious but it could have been tidier. The covers didn't look fresh but the bed was quite comfortable.

The bed sheets are extremely unclean, the lift does not work. There is no 24x7 power backup and load shedding can trouble you. Sometimes the taps are dry and there's no water. There is no variety in breakfast, only dosa, idli, pongal. No provision for lunch and dinner. No tea/milk/sugar packets inside the room drawers. The hotel boys do not understand english and hindi, they know only tamil. The owner is very cordial in behaviour. And the guy in reception is also very cordial. I forgot some of my possessions there, they returned those back when i visited again. Bad experience

We as a family of four, felt so comfortable at the hotel. Spotless cleaning, staff behaviour was excellent. Spacious room and a bathroom. Room service is excellent. Located in adyar which is of close proximity to most places in chennai. Thank you annsun boutique hotel for such a wonderful experience.
