very bad hotel

Very bad service given by the hotel, they waited us for 40 minutes for cleaning the rooms, Didn't provide bed lining towel and soap. And the big thing is that the hotel is not at City where we selected, Map location is 15km far away from Hotel location. Extremely unacceptable ☹️☹️

Rooms ok very poor rest room no towels no soap or shampoo showing lodge at different location not at sikkal

They do not provide a trash can, hot water or a small table. Both the tv and ac remote was faulty. There was no wifi and you do not get internet signal inside the building. The service is very bad too. Most of the time, there is nobody in the reception and no security. They are very unresponsive too.
