Excellent service apartment. Neatly maintained. We took complete apartment with 2 rooms. No food options in service apartment, but 100% as per details while booking. Improvements - option of washing machine for long stay is good. Have some ready made snack food counter

Two family in one flat is ok, but family stay with other family in this flat is not advaisable. Property is ok to stay. Not worth to cost

Had stayed at this place twice before, but third time now has been horrible. No maintenance, poorest service. Earlier they used to provide prompt service as the group itself is into a large hospitality service sector and this was a really frustrating to get such bad experience from this team. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone who travels with family, though this place is centrally located at the town.

The room was clean and looked reassuring. The environment around the property also looked clean and made us feel safe

We travelled as family of three. No car parking available and no other services available. The room was perfect. I would suggest for family of five and two rooms. Luckily there was no guest in the second room and hence we had the entire apartment except for 2nd bedroom. It's walkable from bus stand and railway station. No food joints next door, it's 500m away and approach roads are dead silent.

Very compact twin bedroom flat with kitchen and hall.

It is not advisable to stay with family. No room boys even to lift the luggage. No lift. Only one reception person. Whatever mention on the site nothing is available. Not advisable to stay with elder person and small kids. Even for purchase water bottle we have to go to supermarket 2 km away from the property. No emergency service is available. While we stay in the property additional person/family asked us in the same property one of the room.

Clear- big room- everything was good

Even though the property is well maintained, it doesn’t come with lifts. Hence, it might be problematic if in case travelling with aged people. Also, we cannot open windows for fresh air as mosquitoes would gush inside as there was lot of water being logged around the premises. All in all it was an average experience! But really admire the hospitality and friendliness of staff.

Rooms are good. But can't expect room service as rarely staffs available in front office to pick calls other than check-in and check out time. Food is too expensive. Getting vehicle is hectic. Have walk 10mins to reach Nai road to get anything.

It's located behind Chennai silks but not very isolated. Comfort rooms. Lift is not available and idle for a family of 5. Get a morning coffee and discount coupons to dine at main Viva inn hotel.

Viha Inn service apartment located exactly 800 millimeters from railway station. Best stay, neat and clean rooms, everything was set perfect in room. Whoever wants travel Thirumanacheri and Tanjore nearby you can book this service apartment for solo, family, and group stay.

At the inception, it is to be noted that the location described in the MMT takes you to a different location, but the apartment is located right at the heart of City behind Chennai silks which is half a kilometer away from the Railway Station. So please see in and around landmark while taking help from the Google maps. Now coming to the apartment, the apartment was well maintained and decent enough for the money. The apartment lacked basic essentials like a kettle and basic utensils like plates, spoons, induction stove which adds to the criteria of a Serviced apartment. The kitchen was empty without any essentials. But leaving apart all these, it is fair enough to say that the rooms and the bathrooms and the living area were clean, tidy, neat and aesthetic enough to reside there for even a week. Summing up everything, it is needless to state that the room, living area, kitchen area, and bathrooms were clean, neat and tidy.
