The location of property was amazing and it seemed newly refurbished; there were significant drawbacks with this place 1. Price quoted was too high it was not right value for what you pay. I went with my kids who are 13 and 11 and the management was too adamant that i had to take another room to accommodate them. On top of that when i wanted to stay in a room which was next to ours since the originally allotted room was far away, they charged another 1200 since it was a slightly bigger room. We stayed there just for one night and they could have easily given us an upgrade given we are paying for two rooms for just a family of two adults and two kids. They just wanted to get maximum out of whoever stays there 2. Food was very simple and ordinary. It was fresh but up-ma served for dinner with just chutney when you charge 5star rate is a rip off 3. The water outlet in the washbasin was leaking, toilet shower was clogged and toads and small lizards were coming into the room at will (no pest proofing done) 4. Loud noise from nearby temples played some songs from 4:30am. I am a light sleeper so had a terrible sleep. On the whole paid for a family of 4 for a one night stay and vegetarian dinner and breakfast (paniyaram and upma for dinner, idly, fruits and dosa for breakfast)
