Excellent rooms with cozy beds. Great staff. Didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast spread. Their bakery and coffee shop outside is good.

Hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness and staff approach . Absolutely happy and will sure revisit the place

Ambience is good. Rooms are well maintained. Food served was delicious.

The stays were comfortable and food was amazing. But the customer service was not up to the mark. We made a couple of payments for extending our stay, but the person in charge didn’t record the payment in terms of bill or not sure whether it was lost. Gladly i made the payments through upi and had the receipts. I was able to show them the proof of my bill clearance. It’s not nice to call back post checkout (1 day after) and get to know the payment details, which was a miss on their end.

Liked the deluxe room i stayed its spacious and clean. It had a balcony too. Food is good and tasty. Fyi - we had veg food.

We went there for one night stay. We used to stay in this hotel for last two years, but this time experience was very bad. Though breakfast is complimentary, it was not served

One of the worst hotel i ever checked in. Please do not refer such hotels. Practically no answer / response at restaurant. Even the manager is not minded to take care of the customers. Terrible waste of huge money. Not worth to the huge charges levied.

We had good stay there. I think 6k is bit high for that hotel. Breakfast was decent. Dinner food was also good. Lime juice was not upto the mark. Room was spacious, but ac was not upto the mark.

The stay in the hotel was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very good. Towels were not upto the mark. Break fast was good. There was a notice in reception asking you to deposit your liquor in the front office and collect back during checkout. This seemed strange. Huge carpark was there.
