Good staffs . Just need to take care of the restaurant . It’s new it should be managed properly .All was good

The location of the resort was excellent and easily accessible. The interior was tastefully decorated and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and good. The staff at the restaurant served with enthusiasm and a ready smile. The resort can improve by hiring some extra staff especially at the restaurant and can have an activity room for kids and adults.

The property's location is a big plus being located right on the main road, and very easy to find. The rooms have good views too. The property is relatively new too and has all the modern amenities. But what was grossly lacking was the service quality. For starters, they are grossly understaffed to handle all guests efficiently. The food quality was strictly average, and variety was limited considering the money we were charged for the room . The TV was not working, rooms were not cleaned nor the used plates retrieved for 2 days, there was no water in the shower for both days after 9AM for both the days we stayed there. They handed me a bucket and mug but soon the water ran out completely in the bathroom. Further, the electricity kept tripping again and again at night on the second night we stayed there. They need to pull up their socks on the service front in a big big way.

Food is Normal.Food Rate very much high.But hotal is superb..
