The hotel is so neat and clean here. The behaviour of the staff is so good here. We liked it so much.

My room will be comfort but there hotel management all bad to behavior and there not comfort with people

This is the worst hotel that i ever stayed. They charge for hot water and it’s 600 rupees per day. Rooms are very very small. No proper room service. I booked for 3 days, but i stayed for only one day because of these bad experience. I lost 2 days of money.

Charge extra for hot water for bathroom rupees 2300 charge extra unnecessary next time will not booked from mkt

The hotel staff is rude, no towels housekeeping boy given me 2 towels one was crumbled when i asked him another he said still the towels are not arrived from laundry, hot water is not including in base category room the other hotels in ajmer are providing hot water with any category of room the receptionist was demanding extra money for hot water, rooms are really small as per price if you will roam around in ajmer you will find rooms more bigger, better cheaper and closer to dargah

Overall stay was good.

Room service and cleaning issue

Hotel is nice and good facilities. Hotel's management provide all things for guests requirements time to time. So i like it. One suggestion hotel's management must arrange cold water for the guest that stay in the hotel.

Hotel is clean staff helpful all faciities available overall good experience of staying.

The staff was plea-sent and we (family) had good experience from there suggest to visit there

Location was good, hardly take 2-3 minutes to reach dargah sahrif, excellent condition of hotel and their rooms, service was good, all staff members was supportive.
