This is in a great location and the hosts are very friendly. The only problem is that the food comes from outside, they do not have a kitchen

Rooms where not to the expectations surrounded by greens and stunning beach view is 100 meters from room

The place was just next to the beach and the experience was excellent in december. The host was very enterprising and that was the redeeming factor for a place which is neglected and not maintained in pristine condition.

The location is awesome, just 50 to 100 meter you will find clean beach. Peaceful, calm location prompt service food and house cleaning. Day time security Mohammed was very nice and helping but night security having issue management should take care. Didn't found manager during our stay.

Location is next to the Beach. People managing the property are polite. Everything else is just below par. They do not even provide towels. All rooms are non ac, some have just one window so we had to ask for an upgrade to a room which had windows on two sides so we could sleep with windows open. They did not keep glasses for water. Bed, mattress, bed sheet everything was below par. My son got a minor shock from one of the switches. Tea was served in an old melamine cup plate which looked like it served its life in indian railways before coming there. There are several other hotels which provide much better ac rooms and services including breakfast at that price.

The location of the resort is close to the Beach.

Location and Private beach is the only good thing !! All other facilities and services are below average for the price you pay !! You may not get the same room, which you book. Manager has no idea about online booking. Resort is well maintained, but not the rooms.

The resort is located in Uchila, right on the sea shore. The property is amazingly well kept, and sadly that is all where it ends! Badly understaffed, they have one manager who is available throughout. Decent chap and very helpful! What is really nice for people like me is that it is not crowded at all, and you have the entire beach to yourself. I stayed in the MAMBA room which has managlore tiles as its roof. It has its own benefits in terms of keeping the room cool (NO AC in the rooms), however, it allows ensures that Rats and Squirrels can easily enter the room. The floor was dirty, and was not mopped for a long time. Loved the Tea though ... During the stay we ordered Onion Pakoda which was really nice.

I had a worst ever stay at this place. I had to vacate the room in 2 hours. It’s just like a cow shed. Rooms are dirty. It is entirely different from what they show in the photos while booking it. Very bad.

Hotel understaffed. Need to confirm which room you booked as the hotel staff will be in a lookout to give it to anyone else. Food has to be told befirehand as market is far and number of guests ll be less. But whatever staff is present is very cooperating

The location very nice ... It was nice stay at the hotel. Near to beach. Spacious hotel to get relaxed ... Food not much options ... Like to visit again ... Had a great stay at the hotel. Love to vist again
