Booked ac room but he give me a very bad non ac room and the receptionist behaved rood

that person is roodly... and not give me key... and he told me to give me extra charge... and room was terrible...

All are good but sevice not good

Pols never suggest this hotel to any of your customers. Sorry it is not hotel it’s lodge.

please don't come to this hotel. Rooms are not good and neat everywhere there is spider net and fungus on the wall. Just for extra two hours they charged 700rs half day room charge without any concern. Please don't suggest this room to anyone.

Not suitable for a family the rooms are in 2nd floor no lift would request you to please check the rooms and then book

Cleanliness is missing and the staff behaviour is also worse. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked this place for the location near the train station in udupi which is right opposite. The staff at the reception was very sweet and they also let us check in an hour early, but the room situation was beyond disgusting. The bed sheets had not been changed and there was hair all over, mold on the wall, spiderwebs, open packages of shampoo everywhere in the toilet, everything was sticky and grim. Also saw what looked like bedbugs on the sheets in the morning. Would have stayed somewhere else but had to catch an early train in the morning. I'm on the train now and it feels a lot cleaner.

Very worst, 1. Flush is not working. 2. Beds and bedsheets are worst. 3. Tv is not working. 4. Rooms are not upto the mark. 5. Rooms are not worth 1. 2k

I didn't get ac room

There are molds in a/c room and ventilation/exhaust fan space is open in the washroom, from where the people can see from the outside as the bathroom is right beside the room entrance. And in hall way. Not hygiene, without a/c room is quite suffocating. Actually i didn't take pictures or else it would be easier to understand. And for the room is totally unworthy. Done.

The accommodation was very bad, seepage on walls, dirty, it smells, no assistance. No amenities. Terrible experience

Minimal basic necessities are provided at this place not many staff to take care of

Pt-hey asked to take an extra room for 800 and refused to give extra bed. I had to argue with them. Later on they agreed but the rooms facilities were horrible for 3 people and i booked an extra room for the 3rd person. Again the other rooms bathroom shower was not proper. They refuse dro help with the luggage and rude behavior at the reception.

Room was exposed with holes on walls but still. Kinda better than usual expectations. Service was kind. Cleanliness was low. Ntg much. The hot water was also helpful for tired days.

Food from a nearby eatery if improved would be an added advantage point for the lodging place.

No tv in the room. We took 4 rooms but no tv and bathroom toilet leakage

I booked for 3 night 2 days accomodation. The room condition was good and clean. The boarding was near to railway station and can travel easy to majority of the places from lodge. The lodge itself have traveling facilities, can use it if required.
