Poor Stay
Maanyatha home stay is greedy and charges exorbitant rate. Whereas, the facilities are very minimal only. Not goodfor family members, since it is situated in a remote corner in village type locality. Maanyatha homestay charged for a double bed room rs 15000- for two days. When we reached hotel on 25 th evening by 7. 30 pm, nobody was there to receive is. And we waited for 45 minutes for the care taker to come. Hot water facility is poor in bathroom. The is no system of ledger recording and taking note of details of inmates. In total, this homestay, is trying to extract money from inmates.

Regarding the rate, as your booking was during the peak holiday season (25th December, the pricing tends to be higher, reflecting the high demand during that time. As for the location, while we understand your concern, we would like to clarify that the property is not in a remote area. It's situated in a family-friendly neighborhood, and the owner’s family stays within the same building. The entire area is safe and well-maintained, making it suitable for families. We also apologize for the delay in response from the caretaker. We do have a ledger where details of all guests are recorded, and we will ensure better communication moving forward. Location very good. No food arrangement here. Nearby food from hotel mookambika taken and found very good quality food
