Excellent stay at AK Castles Suites
Excellent experience at AK Castles suites. Right from the reception, services, staff...all did go well. Made my stay very memorable. The studio suite was excellent with a kitchen provision too. The bed & bath were neat & comfy. Look fwd to visit them again. Wish they continue to inspire us.

Excellent Stay
Good stay in the heart of Castle Street. Location is prime considering the CBD. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is courteous. Also budget friendly place.

Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. They charge around ₹800 (excluding tax) for an optional breakfast, yet do not provide a buffet. Instead, breakfast is served in-room with very limited options—just dosa, idly, and poori. Not even a single egg is included. Charging such a high amount for such basic items feels unethical and completely unjustified.

Hotel rooms were great But no breakfast facility For single bottle of water we take need to pay instant rather then they can take at the time of check out... Very slow service in brining order etc. They dont adjust late checkout for 1 hr
