The staff was not at all coperativ instead they were rude, there was no house keeping facility. It was totally waste of money,

Pleasent stay within the budget
The stay was quite comfortable. Location is quite amazing. Very good prpoerty within the reasonable budget

Location was very remote. Adding to it basic eatables weren’t available neither in the hotel nor nearby no transportation facilities. The room door itself was damaged one kick and it would open even if it’s locked. Worst

A little bit far from the mall road. Have transport issue. You have to walk almost 1. 5 km to find an auto.

Stay was great but the way leading up in snow can be a risky job for a naive driver.

Hotel is somewhat distant from the highway. So reaching was a little difficult due to bad roads. But hotel property was good. Staff behaviour was excellent. Room was also good. Property was very clean. Food was also good overall it was a nice stay. Property is blue for money.
Hotel safety standards were adequate and good enough.

The location of the property is not that good. It is totally different than shown in pictures. No food options are there nearby and we had to walk down the hill to get something. Overall, it was an average stay.

Decent stay. The location is not good. After snowfall, the road to hotel was very slippery.

We had a lovely stay, where the staff was following all the safety measures. The rooms were clean & sanitized properly. The food is fantastic. The staff is extremely humble & quick. They actually made our stay very comfortable. From room service to cleaning it was perfect. I would definitely recommend them, they will make your stay 1000 times better.
