The location is average. The room I got was not so good the bathroom door was broken and no anti mosquito solution in the room. the food is good and can be enjoyed.

Some rooms are clean, some are dirty, as i got a dirty room earlier which they changed to a better room later. Tv in the room won’t work and the intercom was not working either. Food taste is decent but the utensils are not cleaned properly. Staff behaviour is nice.

Poor Stay
Stayed in room 202. No ac, tv not working, toilet 3x3. Can't take bath. Geyser available but can't use except mug and bucket. Commode without jet, water overflowing. No restaurant. Only good thing was staff and manager were cooperative and tried whatever they could. Room was cheap. The mmt mislead through wrong i formation in the app. Please check the hotel by visiting before trapping customers. Take it as sincere feedback for improvement.

Dear sir, your complete review is irrelevant as a comment, not clarify any fault from our Side moreover we are sorry for the inconvenience, but we didn't get your feedback during stay when we asked about it, this was your mistake that you have booked a non ac room and demanding for the ac room. We would like to request you to please book ac room next time so we can provide.

Dear Sir, Sorry for the inconvenience, but we request you to please learn about the rating system of OTA's.put 1 comment n 1 star is not the right way to rate any Hotel, and we couldn't fulfill the Expectations of 5-7 star property in 2-3. Even our experience was terrible with you as we requested to pay the other services charges on time but you always put excuses and delayed.
