The location was a bit secluded, proper residential property with family, the fan had creaky sound so i had to pay 300 extra for ac. Service was good, the uncle was helpful in service.

**Rating: 1/5** **Review:** My experience with this stay was completely contradictory to its high ratings. From the moment we arrived until checkout, I regretted booking this place. There were three contact numbers provided, but only one was answered. The house number mentioned in the booking was not visible on the house itself. Upon arrival, there was no one to help carrying luggage, so we had to carry everything up to the first floor ourselves. The second, room was incredibly small, feeling like it ended before it even began. The AC was ineffective, even when set to 16 degrees—definitely a red flag for summer bookings. The bathroom was not clean, and overall, there was a complete lack of hygiene throughout the property. The worst part was finding a cockroach in the room and a lizard in the bathroom. The flush didn't work, adding to the discomfort. Both rooms were equally as good as my rating. I cannot understand how this place has received such high ratings. God help you if you decide to book this place.

Property location is near to railway station, homestay is located in residential society and easy to commute.

The property owner mr bawa himself takes care of his guest. He is very courteous, humble & helpful. Tv, bathroom cum toilet is neat & clean with 24 hrs hot water facility. He gives truly homestay feelings. For meal/breakfast, one needs to walk little longer.

Really good homestay, quiet location, five minute walk from pathankot cantt station. Lovely friendly hosts. One thing to improve would be to include breakfast. Simple tea & toast, easy. But great stay thank you

Owner of property is very cooperative. Nice and calm place. Rooms are very clean and quiet. In future i will prefer to stay here again. No 1 in hospitality.

Host was quite generous. We have reached before scheduled time but he has proven best at his cooperation.

The homestay is a perfect place for travellers. The ambience is so good and a perfect place for families. Located nearby highway. The homestay is good inside and out.

Nice room, the owner was very good, he supported well, they should put some board of their hotel name outside their house & street also.

The property is well maintained and the design is very unique. Walls are decorated with paintings and artistic showpieces. Very neat and clean and also spacious. The property owner mr. Bawa is a well behaved perfect gentleman. He always has a smiling face and a pleasing temperament. I stayed at so many properties which are booked from makemytrip but this type of property i found for the first time. Very unique. And also adjacent to pathankot cant railway station. If there is an option to give 6 stars, i would have loved to provide. Anyway thanks a lot to makemytrip for providing such a congenial stay. Thanks a lot to mr. Bawa.

This was great experience. Hotel staff is good, behaviour is also good and provide excellent service.

Nice stay with d family. Very supportive, guide each and every thing. We have our train in midnight owner himself dropped us at railway station. Always recommend.

The home stay was good only thing was parking was not ample car was to be parked outside. Mr bawa the owner of property was a very nice gentlemen it was pleasure staying in his property.

Not for family stay , cleaning is not done

The owner of the property is very friendly and supportive, and the location is very near to pathankot railway station. Rooms are very neat and clean and have enough space to accommodate three pears-on easily. Outside food is allowed and you can easily order through zomato or swiggy, there are lots of options. Overall if you are looking for a good homestay in pathankot i would recommend this place go for it.
