I never had such experience of staying at any hotel. They had given me half constructed room with cement all over the place. Room was smelling\. My whole family got disgusted with this worst ever experience

Room was not maintained furniture was damaged

Very dirty room, bed, and washroom. No charging point, hot water. There was so many bugs and mosquito in the room. Rooms smelling very bad and roof was also leaking. Couldn't sleep all night.

The room quality is so bad. When i requested them to change the room they said the we couldn't do anything if you want to stay then stay or go other hotels

Staff is good and service is also good but you can say room interior wasn't new but it was comfortable.

The blankets of the room of this hotel are very dirty. Rooms are also very dirty. Staff do not clean the room. Otherwise, they provide us hot water per bottle rs 20- and we have got gyesur facility at this price.

Hotel kamal was very close to taj mahal, excellent location and service.
