Review Of A Hillock Resort-Durgesh Guest House

I found the place nice as it has very nice photos, but as i reached the place there was no parking place, the property seemed to be closed for years, there was no electricity, cobwebs, insects, a hell experience all together. I left the place as soon as we saw the property and the money got wasted. I booked another hotel to stay the night.

This is actually not a resort it's a gutter property. So unhygienic and filthy. You even can not use the water from the bathroom because the water is smelling so bad. Rats are roaming around in rooms. Food is too worst. Also the service is so bad. Don't spoil your holiday by staying in this hotel. Not recommended for the family.

Worst experience of my stay. Hotel is in remote location and on good height. Once you complained to food owner asked that he won't provide food so arrange yourself quite rudely. No hospitality no respect. Bathroom was too stinky. No gyeser in rooms, no intercom, no tv (only smart tv in some rooms without any active connections) and since no network in property so u can't use that. Next day breakfast was not ready even at 8 am and even previous day we already asked them to provide by 7:30 am which they agreed. Once we told to owner he said that breakfast time is 8-10 that means breakfast will be ready by 9 am. Very rude and unprofessional owner so ultimately we waste our money for choosing room with breakfast. Even owner said u have complementary breakfast and each adult will get 2 parantha. Seriously breakfast with limit great. Even we were in suite one of premium room of property.
