Review Of 1000 Silver Mysore

The farm house has lovely villas and is a very quite place. The food was great and affordable. I stayed in a 2 bhk villa which has two rooms with AC and a common living+dining area (Though no AC provided in here). The manager and staff was excellent and hospitable. There are farm animals: Horse, dogs, ducks and Turkeys which kids would enjoy. Area of improvement: The food menu should be expanded a little to have a varied choice.

I will share the good and bad things I experienced Good People who are there are approachable and friendly. The villa is spacious. It looks good. Photos are good enough. They have a semi farm with goose, turkey, chicken, parrots, horse etc Has provision to sleep up to 10 people(but you have to pay 1000 rs for an extra person above 4 and nothing extra comes for it) Bad There is no WIFI. In 2025. Unbelievable. The kitchen was not maintained nearly as well as the rest of the house. They did not have any water, glass or any utensils in the kitchen. We had to ask each and everything. It's very bad for the price. The outdoor games TT and billiards have no space to play. It's tightly fitted together in a small space. TT doesn't have any space to swing the bat and billiards only 2 sides can be used to play. We were really looking forward to spending a couple of hours there and we can barely play for 5 mins. Again the extra person we had to pay 1000rs extra but nothing extra was provided except like 4 poori for breakfast. Even during breakfast tea we had to order extra, it was only provided with extra requests. They have done everything 90% and the extra 10% we have to ask or it's not provided like the tea/coffee at breakfast. It's really annoying while it's 10 different small things. There was no water in the tank while we woke up. We had to call them early in the morning and wait till the water was available on the tap. Again it is that small thing that added up.

Overall the place is average. It is not maintained as shown in photos. Villa is big and spacious. Kitchen seems not functional. Bedspreads didn't look clean. Bathrooms were not clean and water logging in one room sink. We didn't had food as kitchen was just next to duck poultry and didn't look clean. Overall average experience

My overall experience in farmhouse was decent. This places is 20-22kms from main city, and it takes 40mins to reach place. Good things - 1. It's a calm place to relax. 2. It's a big 2bhk Villa with open area to sit and relax at the front, big hall and decent rooms. 3. Few farm animals like ducks and couple of hens keep roaming around in open areas. dogs and horses are tied. Average things : 1.House is decently clean. Need to improve : 1.Could have put white bedsheets as one that was layed down was blue in colour and was not sure if was washed. The rugs looked unwashed. So I was not very happy. 2. Bathrooms are just clean. Not upto good standard. One bathroom had prb with wash basin water not flowing out and other bathroom had doors which didn't had bolt. Bathrooms are very normal to actual say and can be kept clean. Kitchen is next to duck/hen farm and I felt it is not clean. Hence I didn't had any food. Play area is pretty small and carrom and snooker board is good. TT table is placed in a congested area. In the evening, I felt there is mosquitoes prb, may be because of farm animals and places where they stay. Hence I was comfortable sitting outside in the evening.
