Terrible staff and horrible company

I canceled my stay 2 weeks ago due to a family emergency but stayvista did not cancel my booking and said it was non refundable. They gave me such a hard time in this tough time for my family. Despite talking to multiple people to just cancel the booking without refund, they couldn’t do that and kept us calling and messaging till the last day to give checkin instructions and to do checkin formalities. Really really bad company and bad hosts.
