Family friendly stay. well maintained hotel and very spacious and clean room. Staff was nice and friendly.

Property was good but room was not cleaned

I had an excellent stay in Lillywood Highland beach resort. Location of the property is excellent & Candolim beach is just 10 minutes away by walking. Rooms were neat & clean, specious & overall vibe in the Candolim area around hotel was amazing. I enjoyed my stay over here & would love to come back again

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were dirty. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I expected better. Please ensure that rooms are properly cleaned before guests arrive.

rooms are old. ac not working. noisy. service very bad. door locks not working. we r in 3 rd floor n no lift.. swimming pool had dirty water.. over all we r not happy

It was wonderful! your organisation was excellent and the variety of venues and hotels was great. We felt like vips. We loved having the transfers organised for us and yet having our own time when we got to the hotels.

This room 1807 is not a part of resort, its in different building on 4th floor without lift. How does a 3 star resort can have no lift and how does this resort can give a room in different building which is 100 mtrs away from resort

The reception people were rude and rooms were very dirty not at all well maintained along with that the map location and timings of the hotel are mentioned wrong which led to a lot of confusion.

Overall hotel rooms are good. Stay was comfortable but restaurant service was poor & even staff was not supportive. Room didn’t got cleaned for my 2 and night check in for the same hotel. Location is good but room was pretty old & was missing basic facilities like hot water, washrooms were not clean & overall service was very poor

As a traveller i expect some things from hotel to be ensured irrespective of the load they may be operating at. The rooms must be clean and neat. Here the property has worn down with time. Everything you look at - you will find filthy. There were bugs crawling at bed. Its a complete neglect from owners. The good part - 1: the manager, mr praveen ( he kept a very warm and reassuring attitude to everone. A helpful guy. 2: distance from beach ( 9 min walks to candolim beach. 3: ample parking.

Staff is so helpful and they are very good in accommodating an early check in without any charge and breakfast is too good
