1. Location was not on walking distance from beach as mentioned earlier before booking. 2. Amenites was not like as mentioned earlier before booking. Like tv was not working. No wifi.no second bed as promised 2 bed would be there for 4 guest but it was only one bed. 3. Good thing was price was very economical

THE GOLDEN RICE RESORT IS EXCELLENT THEY TREATED LIKE FAMILY MEMBERS IT IS GOOD TO STAY FOR BACHLORS AND FAMILY IN GOA I THINK THIS IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL RESORT AND ROOM ARE VERY GOOD BETTER THAN 5 STAR HOTEL I REALLY FEEL HAPPY WITH MY STAY

i have a complaint for the service. I lost my handbag and when we tried to connect them they said the housekeeping guy has thrown the handbag. and it's not even 24 hrs too and they are claiming that we don't keep after cleaning things that I have lost are mainly my medicine and some cash with make-up product

Service is very bad rooms are not clean ,in washroom no water no bucket when we asked for buckets they even not rplied to us properly

Worst maintenance there was no water in bathroom....all time we have to inform reception..... And water was also dirty ...AC was not working

Beds where horrible there where no amenities no hot water no drinking water and tap water was so dirty it was red in colour and there was no cleanliness bed was not comfortable at all and the photo which was shown for the room was different from actual room anand there was aa fishy smell in the room

totally disappointed with this property, don't choose this property with friends or family, he was not given any room service like soap towal room clean service, and it's Properties room is stay in generous location and very durty, and continue smell come in room I was going 31 december with my 8 friends totally 0 rating for this property and staff i request to all don't choose this property for stay deluxe room is very bad.

The rooms are good restaurants and goto places in goa are near to it. The hospitality is good and abmimanyu brother is very helpful in this trip he is also manager and shareholder in hotel

their was shortage of water ,whater was smelly ,they are not even giving gst bill, we checked out one day early and stayed in different hotel, don't go to this place

Had a horrible stay at the hotel which was not at all clean and was damp everywhere with very bad smell even and even used condoms were there below the bed and bathroom was having toilet marks, we told the staffs many times but nobody came in our 4 days stay, rats were all loitering inside and outside the rooms, in my entire hotel experience it was the worst ever, all very untidy and smelly

The hotel is a total mess. Staffs are not at all cooperative they don't listen to what ever you stay. The room which we got was not at all clean, bathroom was having drops of urine, condoms under the bed, room was smelly, room had damp marks with colors coming out. Even after telling twice to clean the room nobody came, rats running inside the room. Do not get deceived by the photos uploaded by the owner. I had paid all the money in full before coming to the hotel so i had to stay i had no choice. I will give ratings. Totally unhygienic place all of the premises is unclean room- 1/10 staff- 5/10(only for the kitchen staffs) cleanliness -0/10

The water was literally deep yellow to red colour, when enquired the admin said it was muddy water. No drinking water or welcome kit was offered. Overall y a really bad experience.
