Hotel Suba Palace

Everything was great during my stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

My experience with suba palace is always excellent. The staff is amazing, keeps me pampered as well. I dont feel that i am not at home when i live with suba. I will always be choosing this hotel for all my future stays be it personal or official.

have traveled with a family of 4 and had a great stay. Rooms were near and clean and able to accommodate 2 kids comfortably with an additional bed provided within the room. walkable distance to Gateway of India and Colaba market with lot of food joints. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection and was awesome with a wide spread and the inside restaurant food ordered was also tasty. Hotel staffs provided a great hospitality and very attentive, and seperately called during night for any support required. Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommended.

The food was great especially the breakfast, the location was also good as it was located near the market and tourist place, the facilitis was okay but the shower was not working properly but overall it was a great experience, I would like to mention about the staff they were really helpful and friendly.

It was an amazing experience. The food was very tasty, and the staff was welcoming. Rooms were clean and good housekeeping service. Only one suggestion, if they can keep a power backup, that will be helpful in case of a powercut. Otherwise it was just excellent.

The linen was torn, tiles in the room was broken and room size was too small. And every time a guest came to meet they were very rude and asking to come to reception to meet. Had to cancel the booking due to these poor experiences. Would never recommend

Suba palace is amazing. From prayer room to muslim atmosphere. . The cozy and comfortable room. The level of attention they give you. The lift guy know all the language there is lol

Two nights stay on business trip. Tiny room, dirty curtains and towels, no shaving and dental kits in the room. Toiletries insufficient and were not refilled on the second day. Breakfast below average.

The hotel is located in a prime place and it's walkable to gateway of india. The hotel team is very guest warming and supportive

Very small room, small washroom for inr . All the floor and wall tiles are broken, very uncomfortable situation. Ac also poor performance. Lobby, lift, reception all are very narrow area. Strains at bed sheet and blanket. Veg Options are negligible for vegetarian. Nothing for kids and old citizens. May the couple prefer this but again budget is very high.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It's right behind the iconic and historical gateway of india and tajmahal palace hotel. The staff are courteous and friendly. From reception to house keeping staff, everyone greets you with a beautiful smile. They respond quickly to any needs or assistance. The management allowed me to check-in 3 hours early. However, the stay is not worth the price for sure. It's too expensive for one night and anything you order from their menu outside the free breakfast is going to dent your wallet. Just 2 parathas and two 1 litre water bottles cost 670 inr and it's a shocker for me. Also, you don't get everything from the list of amenities/facilities mentioned. The room was not so greatly ventilated and the shower cubicle is too small and one needs to stand right beneath the shower to take a bath as the water doesn't spread far. The tv is useless and which ever channel you try to watch, it says not available. I had to ask for the dental kit as it was not arranged earlier. I personally didn't like the breakfast as the menu isn't so appealing and looked like it's more in the favour of international customers. Overall, it's an average hotel with polite and friendly staff.

Situated very close to gateway of india, the location makes this a winner. It's more economical as well compared to other hotels in the area. Rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities and a comfortable bed. Nothing fancy though.

Initially we were finding sea view hotels but these hotels were full. So we booked suba palace. Starting from receiving guest, interaction at reception guiding to rooms and explained features of room, everything was so professional. You will find a very nice aroma everywhere in hotel. Well furnished rooms, beds are very comfortable and bathroom are so cleaned. Another best thing is their food. Quality of food and prices of food both are very good. We ordered food for kids and it was awesome. In morning complimentary breakfast was so nice with wide verity of foods. Overall experience was excellent.
