Property bathroom and hygiene is below average.... Bathroom door is broken dirty bucket dirty mug and only one mug for bath and relieving

Stay was quite good and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Food was quite tasty. Talking about the location, we had to ask few locals about it. Hotel did not have its own parking so it was quite a problem for us. Facilities were average.

Average Stay n Economically Staff is Cooperative Hotel is very near to Bus stand and other main city places to visit

The room is not as shown in the photo, this is a trick to fool customers I checked out of this hotel immediately after checking the room conditions and booked a room in another hotel and stayed there whereas I had already informed yhe makemytrip team about this

Food was very fantastic but location was terriable and difficulty for entering beacuse of stairs heights (it's only one other stairs also but forget to take photo) Hotel show in and original was different in photos It's very costly what we accept and also with compare to building photo We are travelling from 24th April 2025 to 4th May 2025 during this travelling Hotel Sentiment is costly from all hotels (Manali / Dharmshala / Delhousie / Amritsar). Other group members (including 2 senior citizens photo attached) are also not happy with location and terriable entrance i.e. Heights of stairs. We have also stayed at Home Stay New Himank Manali, it's very fantastic stay, cleaing with rs 1170 per room per day Charges but in shimla i.e. hotel sentiments it's costly with 2200 per room charges per day with bad experience Almost double charge by Hotel Sentiment with poor serives, room and terriable location for reaching Hotel. With luggage we were faced difficulties while reaching Hotel for terriable stairs Thanks

Location at old bus stop, well connected to lower bazaar and mall road. Dinner was delicious and lemon tea was special.

The room was unhygienic and dirty. There was dust on the blanket, chair and tables. The bathroom was dirty and we barely got some hot water there. Parking is not available, you need to park in paid parking.

The room had a clean room and the bed was very soft, a normal person can sleep with three in the bathroom, has okay okay.

We are group of 8 people, We booked 2 rooms with one bed each. So it's enough space for us if needed can ask for extra mattress. The staff here is very polite and food is also very good here.

Hotel rooms are dirty and smelly and not up to the mark. Some glass and dust was there in the room and they refused to order the snacks

Very poor service ordinary room given after booking a delux room. It's a bad experience. Only single positive point that hotel is located near bus stand.
