Washrooms aren't well maintained, hotel looks like it hasn't been renovated since 2015

Room was good and hot water was also available, and the electrical Kettle was also there and the room table, chairs, king size bed and requested the extra quilt and they have provided for no extra change so the was good to stay there. There was the spacious balcony test with the room. The food I have ordered in Room that was also on time and taste was good.

It was my second stay at the hotel. I stayed here in December 2024 and now in October 2025. The location is good close to the ridge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A few suggestions are as follows 1. There was some leakage in the bathroom which needed to be repaired 2. The electrical point for the kettle in the room needs to be near the table 3. The menu needs to be updated. The prices mentioned in the menu are old prices which they told me while finalizing the bill at check out. So I had to pay more than written in menu

Location was good but no restaurant in hotel. Room service was not upto the mark. Inspite of repeated request for towel they provided the same on next day of stay.

Hotel White is a good hotel, situated right in the middle of Lakkar Bazar, rooms are clean, the view is amazing. They just need more people in the team for housekeeping and take care of basic necessities, rest I enjoyed my stay here.

Good staff. Cleaniness is maintained. But no exhaust fan in bathroom and bedding requires improvement.

We reached at 8 am & receptionist charged ₹ 1000 / for early arrival as booking starts from 12 pm ..ensured our stay at Hotel White..food is good , staff is courteous & well trained., Cleanliness is excellent.

It was our 2nd time stay in this property.. room was quite clean and spacious, bed was nicely arranged with tidy bedsheet, you can easily reach the Shimla mall walking from this hotel.. overall it was a pleasant stay for us.

Hotel location is great and it was my third time stay at the hotel. First day they gave me a below average room which was an odd experience, however, from the next day they gave me a good, neat and clean, bright room with sit out area that served my family perfectly. Staff behaviour was very supportive. There's a serious issue of monkey menace there and need to always keep the room windows and doors closed. Hotel admin need to think about this issue as monkey gangs are troubling the guests.

The location is good to explore Shimla most seeing points. The ridge, Christ Church, Mall Road, Scandle Point all are nearby to explore. Have a good experience with the Hotel White, Tasty breakfast, Rooms are also cleaned & great back hills view from hotel site..

Good service in every day and hotel room view was very good

Location is great, just on the lakkar bazar top hill, very easy to reach from aucland tunnel, spacious neat clean room but no lunch or dinner, only tea breakfast snacks, market is just 50steps away. We had premium room, valley view with fresh cold air comes into the room

The room and washroom are clean, enough light is there in room. It is a great view from the room. The bed sheet had spots. The location of the hotel is on a steep part. No taxi can reach the hotel. One has to walk the way to the hotel and carrying luggage up the steep slope is a challenge. Food options are very limited. No restaurant is there in the hotel. Behavior of the staff is good.

Monkeys can enter in the room, no hotel food for lunch or dinner, no wifi, poor service, no hotel car parking have to pay hefty amount for parking outside.

Hospitality is too good. We need to climb a very little distance for coming to plain area, after that simple walking to ridge and mall road. From our room views were amazing and geyser was also working fine. We are pleased to stay in hotel white.

Excellent location and great property. Neat and clean spacious rooms having amazing valley views. Washrooms were clean.
