Hotel Royal Spark Inn

One of worst experience with this hotel . I booked the hotel paid the amount of hotel but the hotel declined to check in and asked me to pay more and the service at this property so so bad. Manager doesn’t know whats going on and he also doest not have sense to talk with the guests! Worst experience ever

As soon as i reached there they were asking for extra money when refused they started misbehaving and abusing moreover the property was not in a good place.

They are rude af. They will not provide you rooms of you book in saying that they do not earn money with it and will ask you to cancel it. Making it seem like the guest didn't like the room. There are no nearby hotel to this location so you have no other choice but to take room according what amount they want to charge you at the reception. This is insane rooms are hideous. Dirty, stinky. Bed-sheets were torn and stained. No sanitary provided a/c doesn't work well. Found a bottle of beer under my bed. Food is nasty. Elevators don't work at all its just a show thing. People just take room for hours here and checkout. Never had such an experience. Its even worse than a lodge on top of it the location is so weird that no food delivery could reach without you explaining him on call. Worst worst worst!

They charge me extra amount after reaching hotel. No use of using your application.

I specifically mentioned that i'll be checking in late, i. E. 4 am next day. The hotel was locked, no one in the reception. I stood 2 hours outside since i can't find any conveyance or other hotels there. Finally when someone opened the doors, they denied the stay first by telling that it'll be charged extra, and second by telling no room left. Then finally when i said i have nowhere else to go, he gave me uncleaned room without ac or bedsheets. When i thought its okay, i just saw 2 new customers getting there rooms from the reception.

Even after repeated emphasising and showing the booking voucher, was not able to check in hotel

There is no room available, and i also not get refund amount

No daily cleaning, no towels and no changing of bedsheets even after repeated attempts

Dirty room and wash room.

Washroom leaking, stinking, bed stains and stinking, no one to attend anything. Better stay at railway platform than this place

According to price it's an average hotel. Have to improve even if it's price is low. It's customer who ask for toiletries and etc.

The room was total 0 value. The place had no keys to the room lift was not functional and had to walk 4 floors while carrying my pet who was sick and weight 40 kg. The room was no cleaner than a public restroom. No towel no amenities no keys for the room. If you wanted yo leave with stuff in your room you cant cause there were no keys. The place had wad so bad i didn’t order food and left the hotel 4 hours before checkout. The place was a boys hostel not a proper hotel i won’t recommend travel-ling with family and even if your alone don’t use this place waste of money.

No value for money no hygiene very small rooms poor approach road to hotel main gate even the lift was not working, i have walk up to 5th floor smelling rooms bed bugs and ants all around in short no maintenance or service

It was a mistake ti book this hotel will not stay here again it is dirty

Location is perfect, must plan if u are travel-ling solo. And polite staff attitude

Tv was not working. Lights were not working

Location is just 50 mt away from highway, for a solo traveller it is a good hotel. Don't expect too much at this rate. Deal by mmt was too good.
