I had a comfortable stay. The property was well-maintained, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was convenient for travel. The food was tasty with good variety, and facilities were up to the mark. Overall, a pleasant experience.

compact room, small half open half close washroom, mosquitoes in room, no window, only ac no fan, small queen bed. food average.

Location and service excellent, but food quality is not up to the mark and also room and bathrooms so congested.

I did not get my desired booking regardless of booking in advance ... when I reach hotel they told me they are fully booked only whats available I will get 🤷‍♀️

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 5 days for our mini-moon and it was exactly what we needed - relaxing, comfortable, and stress-free. The service was excellent from start to finish and the food was fantastic. One of the highlights was the pool which offered amazing views of the turf. Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay and we’re so glad we chose this hotel for our post-wedding getaway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful enjoyable escape.

The room was clean and spacious, and the service was good overall, except at the Glass Kitchen restaurant. We ordered a combo item costing around ₹700, which included one appam (bread). The server asked if we wanted extra bread, and we ordered three more. Shockingly, the cost of just those three appams came to nearly ₹1,000—more than the actual dish itself. We understand it’s a 5-star resort, but this kind of pricing

Really disappointed. Whole night was fire alarm sirens. Could not sleep and next entire day was disappointing due to lack of sleep.

The property is at prime location. Found it clean. Much recommended 👍

This is my 2nd stay in Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse. However, its internet became poor than before. Its speed is extremely slow from late afternoon to the night. Not friendly to business men's requirement.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at holiday inn race course Bangalore. Let me start with the staff. They were the most polite and helpful people. They served us with a SMILE😊. Now the food...what a spread...the breakfast and the dinner was excellent. We were so comfortable during our stay .

I have stayed here atleast 6-8 times before. This time was a poor experience. They kept me waiting for a room because I arrived early for 2 hours. They had server issues but after two hours they processed a manual booking for me. At night was asleep with DND on but their staff walked in and woke me up mistaking another room. To top it off thejr receptionist called me to ask my name Inspite of DND. Was frustrating as I was very sick due to a bad headache. I

I booked kings bed room, but I was allotted queen bed room. I was also told that we do not have kings bed in this hotel.

Property's: its was awesome and good recommend one,food:its good but better improve more quality in south Indian dishes, Facilities was awesome

It's good cozy business hotel with well maintained rooms. Very good view from balcony of the race course from restaurant. I stayed for one day & stay was comfortable. Only one improvement could be installing smart TV in the room which is common now a days It's good cozy business hotel with well maintained rooms.
