I stayed for 3 days as a solo traveller, the property is quite big, staff are very friendly and helpful, food was good, rooms are very clean! I had a nice peaceful time! And yes the view from the hostel rooftop is the best! come and enjoy!

Very pathetic service. The condition of room was filthy and unhygienic. House keeping service kept us waiting for too long. Wall, paint, bed, pillow, blankets, mattress, furniture etc are all in bad condition. Had booked a couple room, but two single bed mattress never aligned and fitted in the bed. Couldn’t help but had to finally check out a day prior to the plan. Won’t recommend anyone for this staycation.

Staff & Service The staff were exceptional—friendly, kind, and always ready to help. Their supportive attitude and prompt service greatly enhanced the quality of the stay. Events & Activities The events organized during the stay were well-planned and engaging. They added a lively and enjoyable dimension to the visit, making it more than just a place to stay. Parking Concern The only drawback was the parking situation. Unfortunately, the property's parking area was inaccessible, and in practical terms, there was no parking available. This was a significant inconvenience, especially for guests arriving by car.

The stay offered very good experience, they even provided an early check in as we were soaking in rain and overall was a good stay. Worth it

it was my first solo trip and the stay was just perfect location and amenities. There are so many good cafes also nearby only. Also the hostel was clean and tidy. And the 24/7 food services provide convenience especially if you just want to grab a coffee and do your work at night. Staff is also polite, they were not so strict about the check in and check out time, you can easily ask them. Staff were polite.

Their location is not properly updated .. I walk almost 5 km in heavy rain to rishikesh to reach there place. and after reaching it shows the opposite side to river. tried several phone calls but no response from them, afterall have to book another room and pay extra money for that. now after claiming the refund they replied refund not possible. very bad service

Property was not easy to access, checkin process was very inconvenient, AC was not working properly in the room, though the staff at reception was polite but the stay experience was not good at all

The rooms were cozy. The terrace was amazing with all kinds of chairs and benches. It created a very warm environment for the friends. The service was very digitised at every stage.
