Four Points by Sheraton Sonamarg Resort

I property had ac but denied to turn it on in this peak summer and had no window or mash window in room for ventilation and no hot water in the washroom too due to which had to checkout after 2 hours of my checkin and look for a different hotel

The hotel is located at a fabulous position. However they don’t have a fan or an Air conditioning system which can cause a lot of suffocation since it a cold place however in todays time Sonmarg can be extremely hot in the month of June -July. Also breakfast is complimentary and lunch and dinner is to be paid. Overall a good experience but could have been better in terms of facilities inside the hotel since it is fairly new . It make take sometime to be live up to the standards and what is expected from Sherton(now under marriott).

Food was average . Soft drinks not available . Hot water or geyser for bath was not available between 11 to evening 6 pm

The culinary experience was exceptional, with exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. We can't wait to return to this haven!

Overall good quality stay with Sheraton. Front desk upgraded us to Family room without any additional charge. We were also offered complimentary dinner buffet for our 12 year old kid. The room quality was excellent with a spacious balcony offering splendid views of Sonmarg meadows. Hotel location was very good but the picture they show and the actual feel is very different . Breakfast is very limited , lawn was not maintained , back side room view v dirty

Got tap water instead of mineral water limited options for food and unhygenic bedsheets toilet not clean

Absolutely the worst experience - no heaters provided after repeated reminders, they charged me additional while check in. whereas room given was matching the same as per mmt description also they refused to give us a bonvoy points

It was a good stay in sonmarg, four points. We stayed in winter while it snowed heavily. The room was very comfortable with heating system and amenities. The restaurant has a decent buffet spread, the service excellent, friendly staff. The chef was very welcoming and friendly.

Location is very pathetic food is tasteless and not upto the mark staff are very rude and stubborn overall experience is very bad

We checked in on a friday into this nicely nestled property right on the edge of the hiking route leading to the thajawas glacier. The property is brand new so pros and cons to that exist - pros being very clean rooms, cons being construction noises primarily. The food was good - we had the kashmiri chaman for lunch which was delicious!

Stayed here for one night on 30th jun e. It was nice overall. Front office executive shakier was a very nice person. I indeed recommend this property.

Nestled in a superb location, this newly built hotel offers convenient access to sightseeing, you can either trek to the thajiwas glacier or find horses right in front of the hotel. My stay here was memorable, thanks to the helpful and supportive managers at the front desk and restaurant. I appreciate their proactive approach to addressing issues rather than engaging in unnecessary arguments. The rooms are clean, tidy, and adequately spacious. While the buffet could benefit from more variety, the food quality itself is commendable. Overall, our experience was very positive, and i highly recommend this hotel for its serene ambiance and excellent service

Food was good but rooms were like a budget hotel not at all worth the money

Location was amazing. Great staff very helpful and the service top notch faizan bhai feom housekeeping for room 2018 did a great job as expected firoz bhai had given the best service for dinner and breakfast to us at the Skyview restaurant the restaurant could work a little on their service overall though. Nitesh bhai & arif bhai had given us a great guidance and assistant while checking in and out of the hotel and gave knowledge about the prices and tourism.

location was good, in main leh city near market. staff was good (Mr. Danish). And Ashiq Ahmed on gate duty was very knowledgeable and helpful, he should be in Hotel duties.
