Worse hotel, horrible nightmare exp. It was for couples 2hrs. No response ever from the reception, no calls picked, spring damaged in bed, AC remote not available, TV not available, bucket in bathroom not available, foul smells from pillow and bedsheet. Had to call 10 times to change, asked 1800rs extra during checkin. Lift not working,

overall, i had a great experience with the hotel, the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. i booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, clean, and perfect

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty and lacked even basic cleanliness. The bed was uncomfortable, old, and made it hard to sleep. There were no proper facilities available – not even running water in the bathroom. A foul smell was present throughout the room, making it unbearable to stay. The staff seemed careless and unhelpful. I had high hopes when I booked, but this turned out to be the worst hotel I have ever visited. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. It's not worth the money or the discomfort.

am writing to express my deep disappointment with the extremely unpleasant experience I had during my recent stay at FabHotel Urban Residency, New Delhi Upon arrival, I was appalled by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was made to wait unnecessarily at the reception with no explanation or courtesy. When I politely inquired about the delay, the receptionist curtly responded that I should “talk to Fab people” and stated that they were “not responsible for anything.” Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standards FabHotels claims to uphold. As a guest, I expected basic courtesy and cooperation—neither of which were provided. Being forced to wait without any assistance or acknowledgment was not only frustrating but also embarrassing. I request you to take this matter seriously and investigate the incident. This experience has shaken my trust in FabHotels, and I hope corrective action will be taken against the concerned staff to prevent such incidents in the future.

Very pathetic. Not suitable for stay. Even basic standard not maintained. Cafeteria worst than tapri chaiwala. Not recommended at all.

double charge pay kre jo make my trip ko bhi kre pay or hotel ko v. jab MMT ki koi value hi nhi hai hotels mai to tie-up kyo kara hua hai. agr koi banda dur se vaha jara hai to fas jata hai kyoki room brbr to dhundenga nahi.... vaha jakr dena hi padega extra paise...wrost services...all time MMT

Worst experience. Never ever book this hotel guys! I booked the hotel through make my trip, paid money online. When I reached at the hotel reception, I asked receptionist that I have a booking through mmt. He said in a very rude way, sit there on sofa and wait. I didn't like it but I sat down, I waited for 30 minutes but he didn't respond. I went again and said him firmly," how long I have to wait more, it's been 30 minutes. He replied angrily, so what, have u given me any money ?? I said yes I have paid online. He kept arguing and behaved like a uneducated person. He literally threatened me to throw out of his hotel and pushed me when I said I will complain to mmt. Eben I saw 2 couples and 1 solo traveller taking their money back as they found rooms unhygienic and ac wasnt working. At the end one couple helped me, they talked to him to talk nicely and provide me a room as I had paid money already. Then he gave me a room after more 20 minutes but when I reached into the room, I found a broken bed, dirty washroom and ac wasn't working. I asked the staff walking in the lobby to check ac then the boy replied,"sir this room's ac doesn't work, you can use fan. I said him to give me water bottle and towel. That poor boy gave me water and towel. I wanted to take shower but shower wasn't working, tap wasn't working, only washbasin tap was working. I decided to leave this hotel just after 1 hour and then I booked another hotel to stay. Make my trip, please unlist this hotel as he literally tried to beat me in the hotel. I swear, every single word I wrote is true.

The hotel has a nice ambiance and the staff were friendly, the air conditioning in our room was working well. the room was comfortable and clean.

Terrible Hotel representative. He made a deluxe room live which was not ready as AC was not working and repairing work was going on. he straight away denied the refund

Budget friendly hotel I have found on Mmt website. Staff were nice and kind. Smooth check in was done as we were stayed at this hotel first time. Day manager Rohit was very nice 😊
