This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed sham had blood stains, the bed sheets had hair on them, and the floors were filthy. The toilet was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The room phone didn’t work, and the WiFi was never provided. There were no toiletries or mineral water, and instead, they charged me 60 rupees for two bottles. My booking included breakfast, but the front desk refused to provide it, claiming there was no mention of it in their system—even after I showed them my booking confirmation. They even said FabHotel is a scam and that they don’t care if I booked through them. This was the worst experience, and I will never return.
