Rooms are congested & the bathroom is placed outside room which is very congested. Not recommended to stay.

due to the delay of the train for about 12hrs, we reached the hotel around 12am. the hotel management showed us one single bed room with the outside of the bathroom, we were shocked and they said for attached bathroom you need to pay extra charges, which was very embarrassing 😭

When i reached the hotel they didn't have any rooms and asked me to stay in a shabby room with stained walls and ripped sheets.

In the time of checking they have charged me extra 250 rupees for room

Good Service and Fully Hygiene

Stay poor. I booked for my family myself my wife and my daughter for a total of three adults in the room. But room size is very very small 9 feet by 9 feet. They didn't provide me extra bed as it is not possible to fit an extra mattress in the room and the bed size is queen bed 4.5 feet width * 6 feet long hardly to accommodate two persons in the bed. Then why did they book for 3 adults in the room? I reached the hotel at 12.05 Am midnight and seeing the problems I left the room next morning. A very dirry part is just adjacent room door there was a common open latrine room which exhaust was opened in my bathroom and air from that dirty latrine was coming into my bathroom. adjust of my room there was another room 403 where no washroom and for that room people use this common latrine room.

I had booked two deluxe room for 5 days stay, but they showed us very small room where only one medium size bed would fit in and asked to pay more if we need roo. On this, they said that they had already updated about this to the booking a long time ago. Even after paying extra amount for the room as shown in, they didn’t even provide us toilet slippers. We asked water bottles, that was also not included in the room price (such basic amenities were not provided). Staffs are well behaved and helpful. Food can be ordered from nearby restaurant ( pind punjab) offering really tasty food like finger licking good. Other than the ‘expectation vs reality’ part and lacking toilet slippers and water bottle in the payable price, the overall stay was good.

Best hotel in my life clean & big room

Worst kind of service, started argument for higher double rate for next day stay, totally terrible experience. I had patient with me, lift non functional, when asked to office manager, he kept saying "abhi maim kya karun". Horrific.

I have booked for delux, but they were saying you can only get classic & their classic room is too short like only bed you can keep and nothing else. The room is too short like hell. But after calling customer care they were very helpful and they arranged a room for us for delux.
