It was a pleasure to experience this homestay. The staff was extremely warm. Great weather great rooms. Cute patio place with bonfires nights. What else could we have asked for. Our star of the stay was - naveen ji!

Location is far away from main kasauli city but gives u a perfect view of mountains pines n serenity. Balconies are an icing on the cake and the food quality is good. A playing room with tv ensures inside the bedroom u are away from all the disturbances. Overall a nice experience

coupleThe overall experience was average. One would expect professionalism from boutique resort, however it was disappointing to see that the resort had permitted a group of unruly, uncivilized and loud to take over the property which created nuisance for rest of the customers. The entire experience was frustrating as the hotel staff was unable to manage or curtail the group resulting in unpleasant experience for the rest of us. In future, the property should identify the customers which bring individuals who misbehave and use crass words.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at 7 pines resort recently. The staff (pawan and anil in particular) were very helpful and looked after us well! the food was amazing and the trails attached to the property were great! i would recommend this resort highly!

My stay at this hotel was ok ok as the staff was good and the place was nice but it is a bit expensive place and the main thing is the booking must be refundable as i had some urgent work but because it was non refundable i had to come here because 10, 000 is not a less amount. I would love to stay here again but only if it is refundable and the price is bit low
