I had a wonderful experience at this homestay—it truly feels like being at home. The owner is an exceptionally kind and hospitable person, and I want to express my gratitude for the excellent hospitality. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for my family of 6, and it was an amazing stay in Srinagar. Here’s what stood out: 1. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, each with an attached bathroom, and there was also a dining area with kitchen and fridge. 2. The location is fantastic, just 150 - 200 meters from Dal Lake. It's a great spot to enjoy the serene mornings and evenings, with the best views of the Dal Lake sunset in the area. 3. The food was delicious, all prepared by the owner himself. 4. The owner's warmth and hospitality were truly exceptional. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Srinagar with friends or family! We stayed for one night here and it was a nice and calm place. The caretaker Mr. Mohd. Ali had been very supportive and tried to provide, whatever, we had requested during the stay. He had arranged our dinner as per our request. The room was clean and comfortable. The room heater worked properly.

It was a pleasent stay in tree cottage. We enjoyed to stay there. It was very near to dal lake and also very near to botanical garden and tulip garden. Stay in tree cottage was very peaceful. Care taker mohammad was very helpful and soft spoken person. I loved to stay there

It was a cozy and clean homestay just 5-7 min walk from Dal lake and nearby Tulip garden. The place was well maintained with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The food was also very delicious.

The property is a few metres away from the famous tulip garden and dal lake. The host was very warm and paid attention to all our needs. The room was warm n cosy. The food was very tasty. The property has maintained a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
