In addition, the issues raised by you regarding hot water and AC were promptly resolved too. With regards to your check in, our team asked for mandatory items like deposit and ID proof along with the standards billing process during your check out which does take a few minutes as is the case in any hotel or resort. With regards to the extra bed, the same was asked by our team for being placed in your room during the check in process and upon being instructed by you to wait, we waited for a go-ahead from you.
