Hotel, staff, room, breakfast, everything is very good. Only they need to improve dinner. Dinner items are not having good taste.

Small but maintained property. Restaurant and staff is good / helpful. Front desk staff could have been better.

Everything was too good like location food facilities etc..

The rooms were damp and smelly and as a result my daughter fell ill and we had to leave early

The overall experience was good. I opted for 2 meals a day but during my lunch I have noticed that one of the senior waiter was insisting us to order less food. But we wanted to explore different things as the lunch was a la carte and we thought it would be a buffet. We opted for lunch and breakfast meal. Rest everything was nice

The property location is good, very near to Taj Mahal, the rooms are spacious and staff are very friendly. Overall a good choice for couple and family stay

overall very nice experience....one of the best hotel for families.....food was also good even kids can enjoy the meal🙂

Coupons at restaurant were for specific Time which were not conveyed to us earlier . We were also charged table charges which we paid for the first time in so many years . Overall experience was very bad

Very warm and kind hospitality was provided .our room was upgraded for free. Very delicious and exhaustive food is available

The location of Tajview Agra is very good. Close to Tajmahal. You can view tajmahal from the skydeck. The experience of the skydeck was too good. Food was good thou I would recommend more variety in the lunch and dinner buffet. Hospitality and room service were good.

Room service and housekeeping services were pathetic. The bed sheets were not clean. Multiple requests were for room service but nobody responded. We order food at sky walk restaurant and had to wait one hour still it was not served. No one came to pick up the luggage even after multiple calls. The food experience was very bad. Not at all expected from Taj.

Stay was comfortable, service is good. they need to work upon food. it tastes bland. Good for foreign nationals but not for Indian taste buds. The stay was comfy, and the service was great. But the food needs some work; it's kinda bland. It might be okay for foreigners, but it's not really for Indian tastes.

Food is overpriced Breakfast Chefs and serving staff are interns They have no idea how sambar should taste like but they still cook sambar. Hash browns were over salted. Even the eggs for over easy that I had, the eggs were not fresh. I had a piece of cake and i felt it was baked 3 days back and it had tutty fruity in that. Dinner was OK but highly over priced. The prices are in the range of 5 stars of Delhi. Had Gallati kababs and they were like soaked in oil AC was not working properly Had set the room temp to 19, room temp always felt like 25 degrees Had called the guest services and they did nothing about it Bad experience overall

Had a wonderful stay. The staff were polite and welcoming. The property has an in-house pool facility and a good city views as it is very close to Taj Mahal. They allowed us to check in early and assisted with transport for touring the city. The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent!
