Our family stay at Taj View, Agra was wonderful! The hotel truly lives up to its name with a breathtaking view of the Taj Mahal right from our room. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the food at the restaurant was delicious with a great variety. The kids especially loved the pool and the garden area. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and hospitality — highly recommended for families visiting taj view agra

excellent place to visit all the monument within 10 to 15 mins of drive. Services are good but food is not that good. better to opt from near by restaurants.

Clean, classic hotel room are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable.breakfast buffet was varied and fresh.

It was a fabulous stay, very nice property very nice staff very humble and supportive, excellent stay with family we have enjoyed. The food was delicious. The rooftop restaurant and view are amazing.

The property and most services were good, but our dining experience was very disappointing. Our lunch took more than an hour to arrive, and the starter and main course were served together. When we ordered dal, the manager said it needed to be cooked and would take extra time. Since we didn’t want to wait for an hour again, we asked to skip the dal and requested hot brownies with ice cream to be delivered quickly. The staff member who took the order was disappeared, after half an hour we asked other staff to check the status and asked to call him, and this person returned with ordinary brownies and ice cream. I refused the dessert and left the table feeling let down — I expect a higher standard from a brand like taj as I believe these groups are for providing experiences not what we had at Taj view Agra. .

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) I had high expectations from the Taj IHCL property, but overall, the experience was average. The location is definitely a strong point, and the basic facilities were okay. However, food and service need significant improvement. We had booked a package that included all three meals, but only the breakfast buffet was arranged. For lunch and dinner, we had to place individual orders from a very limited menu, which was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant appeared to be understaffed, leading to delays and lack of attention. The rooms in the standard category are quite small and don’t quite match the brand's usual standards. Overall, while the stay was not bad, it didn't live up to the expectations associated with the Taj brand.

Hotel, staff, room, breakfast, everything is very good. Only they need to improve dinner. Dinner items are not having good taste.

The overall experience was good. I opted for 2 meals a day but during my lunch I have noticed that one of the senior waiter was insisting us to order less food. But we wanted to explore different things as the lunch was a la carte and we thought it would be a buffet. We opted for lunch and breakfast meal. Rest everything was nice
