The person there was very humiliating, room provided was worst one. Even to sit in the room was not possible

I m not stay at this. Because no hygiene no ac no room service. All thinks are bad

Hotel manager not providing the room key and he is talking bad and he is not responding my question.

Most terrible place to stay, badest stay, i have ever had. Idiot staff

Booked the hotel from mmt, went at the hotel at 2 pm and just by looking at the pathetic, dirty, dustbin like room never checked in and left the hotel within 15 min. The room which was shown to me was not even 1% close to the one here in pics. Paid the full amount in advance. When asked mm t to cancel my booking and refund the money, they refused to do the same. Worst experience. Will never book again from mmt.

Is this a hotel room. No water no blanket no towel. Hotel room was like store room. The hotel owner's behavior was very bad. Washroom was very dirty

Very dirty, no service. Breakfast dinner service refused by hotel staff. Towel, bedsheet are unhigenic. I want my money back. If 100% refund was available. I were never checkin that promises

Firstly he declined to give the room saying that we don't give the room on the online booking then he asked for the extra money that i had to pay because i had no other option than to pay the money. Terrible exprience!

Very poor in cleaning of bathroom and roms. Size of rooms was too small not worthy

The room was dirty small and smelly, stained bed sheets and pillows uncooperative staff. Mosquitoes bites you at night. The staff asked me to charge with extra rupees as according to me they are given me a big room which was too small not to define in words. They are shouting all day outside the room so you can't get enough sleep and rest. Never recommended to anyone. I also faced problem in check in they kept me waiting for 20 mins even I showed them my booking confirmation.

7 rats in room - room was dirty, no almira or hanger, 7 rats were roaming around. It was a nightmare! We had to stay awake whole night but there was no option other than that because next day early morning we had exam and it was already late cold night. Spots on bed-sheet, pillow and blanket, this was all sticky, smelly and dirty. They didn't have the towel or soaps, toilet water was afloat on corner. Never go for this Inn, in Sikandra, Agra.

It's quite on average washroom but room is good on minimal price.

Worst hotel experience in my life the third party and the hotel makes us fool I think hotels having different room for online booking They gave us worst worst worst room and the facilities They give fresh rooms and all the best facilities to their off line customers
