The hotel not allowed me to check in and asked me to pay 1100 rs extra apart from the settled amount So I raised a complaint regarding while check in as they didn’t allowed me to check in without paying the extra amount It took 3 hours for me to check in Now for checking out I am waiting in the reception for 2 hours
