As per the name, Sterling Hotel, the staff service is good but the place ambience cleanliness, and need lots of maintenance therefore the rating of this hotel I give only 2 out of five.

The property location is good but you need to redesign and develop property w.r.t current hotel business competition. The food quality was good and tasty, authentic but need to increase the manpower to give on time order enquiry. Need to give pickles, etc along with onion. Rest hotel is value for the money

Overall this is more like just a hotel . This is a budget friendly hotel. Rooms are quite old and not as shown in the picture. Also there is one small lawn along with a small swimming pool. Breakfast was also on an average. Overall average hotel with 3/5 stars.

Poor Stay

Booked two rooms - one room TV did not work; one other room side bed broken. Despite complaints nothing was fixed. Food ordering took more 1 hr. Only good review - good location Also service is poor. Game zone machines are not well maintained And swimming pool size is a big joke!

businessPathetic service, food quality is not good, room service is bad. Customer service is lousy. No seating arrangement properly made in cafeteria, staff not able to handle the crowd on sunday. Public has to wait for their turn to have a seat.

The property is very old and rooms are very shabby. The swimming pool was not clean. Further, the property and the locals don’t allow guests to book an ola or uber to go outstations. They threaten the guests so that they book cab via locals in lonavala.
