in profile the caption that entire both out from a person who booking but they provide a share boat and also that never maintent as properly. my family spent more money there for boat house company in personally I'm feeling so bad with that boat house cause non hygiene room and I do book for private boat they provide me shared boat house.they spoil my entire trip.really idiotic

It was a nice experience. Food was also good. But quantity of the non-veg was limited. Boat was clean. All mentioned facilities were functional. View was awesome. Stuffs were also helpful. Overall good experience.

Excellent with boating and foods served are nice including Veg and Non Veg including chapati, dal rice, chicken masala and fish fry.staffs are cooperative and polite.

The Houseboat was changed, it was not clean, it was giving light foul smell and washrooms were terrible. We didn't not join for dinner and discontinued the service. We raised legal issue with MakeMyTrip

This was my first visit to Kerala, and I decided to try a houseboat stay and I must say, it was absolutely the right decision! The property, location, and views were truly mesmerizing. The rooms were clean, the amenities and services were excellent, and the food was both tasty and healthy. The staff was friendly and cooperative, making the entire experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience totally worth it! If you're planning a trip to Kerala, I highly recommend giving a houseboat stay a try.

Terrible experience with venice house boats, premium room was booked by me doesn't have proper AC, having continous smile of kitchen, vibration of generator,bathroom was also pathetic. Food is another pathetic and worst experience neither breakfast,lunch,snacks and dinner was sufficient to all guests many of them have adjusted without complete meal. Hygienic quality of food is worst, no spoon for serving idli or dosa, people were putting hands for servicing. Amenities are also good. I have paid around 15k per room still experience very bad service. Regards Santosh

Smell is coming feom washrooms... rooms are not maintained. Even AC timings are strict and not on for kids. Non co operative staff manager. Tea is also cold and given at start of breakfast...

Venice Boat House is well known for Kerala Tourism. I went to My trip Boat House to spend the weekend with my family. I booked a Luxury boat and checked in. Boat house was amazing. It has one bedroom and washroom inside the room. Upper deck has the dinner hall with AC. They also provide us with Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea, and Dinner. I really had a very good time. The canal visit in a jetty boat and the candle light dinner made my day. They maintain the whole boat in a very good way. The lunch was really a kind of feast, having our favourite food inside the moving boat is really a blessing.

It was a below average experience. The property location was good, but they don't have parking. We have to pay and park in nearby houses. Rooms where Good. We booked 2 rooms. One was bigger. The smaller room had a bad smell also. Lighting was good. AC was for limited timings, but was manageable. The washroom could have been more neat. All pipes and taps were rusted. Boat running time is very less. Even though they tell us the time. They don't run it the whole time. Kept it parked for half the time waiting for some people who went for an extra paid trip in small boats. Food was really bad. We expected some Alleppey special food, but for our surprise it was not even proper Kerala meal. The Fish fry they served was very dry and without any flavors. For dinner they served Chicken fry. That was the only thing that was tasty, but quantity was very less. Next day breakfast was good. Idly and Chutney. The helper was helpful in most cases. But when we checked about the food, he was not able to help. He asked us to call the person who we booked the stay with. I thought sharing boat will be a good experience, but it was very bad. They should incorporate some small events including the families. And ask for the food preferences, have some options.

Really happy with their hospitality. Overall trip was good. Don’t think much, just come and they will sort everything out.

The boat was neat and clean, I loved vegetarian food over the boat

Property is clear and Specious. Rooms are Spacious Clean and comfortable. Staff behaviour is good. The food is very tasty and hygienic.

My suggestion is to not combine both the 4 hr visitors and the night staying people it looks like we are losing our privacy and clumsy ; other than this all are good.

They called us prior and shared location so the check-in was smooth. The boat started a little late. Lunch and dinner taste was really good. Items were limited and not luxury for the high price we paid. They allowed day time cruisers along with us so during lunch time it was too crowded till evening. This was not expected. Staffs were helpful and kind though. There were board games provided. Rooms were clean. Mixed experience. For the service and activities, this is quite high priced.
