Not good facilities

very bad hospitality, no basic things in a room like a bathroom kit, bath towel, doormat, hangers, shop etc. when we were booked location & room photos were perfect, but the reality is different from photos, me & my family members were disappointed with the hospitality

There is nothing like as shown in picture and amenities..we booked a double deluxe room n we got a very tiny room small than any home..services are also very poor..all amenities are not working not even fan and ac..food was also not good..

service is very poor and Late service... there is so many pool but only ball for playing..so meaning less one you given order ..order receive after 4-5 Reminder.. less Service staff in place even no ice cube avalible in Hotel it is pathetically.. No Compliment Water avalible in all Room.. so increasing Services level 1s

stay at this hotel was nightmare, no one should plan family trip at this place as this place is for bunch of stack planning only for drinking alcohol, as on portal it is shown 2BHK with private pool but in reality they have installed tent in open space near to room and they rent those on less amount, and because of that most bachelor prefer staying in those tent and they roam around talking about food: I have taken 2bhk villa with private pool including breakfast, breakfast was horrible as crockoch were roaming around the utensils in which breakfast was kept, and when I notified that, they smiled like it is normal and they were completely arrogant in talking to anyone. we managed to have poha as there is nothing nearby out of the hotel so that we can go outside and have we suffered from stomach infection, and currently, we are taking treatment to cure when I asked one of the staff of the hotel about, would he prefer planning a family holiday at this hotel if you get a chance and he said no like they know what is happening and what worst quality of services they are offering to the customer hotels mgmt is with clear intention to make fool of the people who are caught in trap upon this, though, I have booked this property for two days, and with this worst experience, I decided to quit or checkout in one day their mgmt said not to refund the second day amount so be cautious while booking this property, and if you are doing that, you are at risk

Good Staff and Good Service...Best Location in visit..

Very very Terrible experience can't describe in words, whole holiday and trip mood spoiled. In MMT property photos and the room you select photos are totally different then the one you would actually allocated. the management is terribly poor and the staff is very rude. very poor service very dirty place, even C grade hotels are better then this. in my case room I paid for from MMT was different then the one I actually allocated once I went there, no support from MMT as the refund policy is 0, even in that very small dirty room fan was not working, bed was broken TV only youtube guest profile was working, no subscription of any tv channels was done when asked for channels they said only youtube will work. lights were down every one hour or two and would come back after long time, food is very very costly, then 45 rs mrp cold drink bottles are sold there for 90 rs, no water for drinking provided they as usual to compulsory pay for mineral water bottles if we want water even that cost is higher then MRP, no nearby restaurant available for food and the one restaurant in resort itself cost tripple the normal cost of dish in other restaurants. outside food is not allowed sonu compulsory pay extra for food from their own restaurant. swimming pool is shared within 3 different hotels in that area and was very far away from the room that was allocated to us and even the water was very dirty. restaurant staff was very rude we have to tell them 4 to 5 times for any order or query even have to call manager for that and then they fulfil your request. the table tennis was broken condition, no dices available for carrom, badminton rackets were broken and garden was dirty.

Accommodation totally Different than showing at time of booking, I paid Extra money for change the Room, very poor Room Service, way to the property is very Terrible, Restaurant looks very old type but food was very good

Lighting were going on and off , after complaining they change the room , was not able to sleep because of this reason , bed was nosing like anything , no body was attending calls at rececption

Amenities and service are not as per described on online portal. Swimming pool water too durty. Restaurant food quality was too poor.

Property was good but their service was very poor, we booked a room with private pool but when we reached there the pool was very dirty and when told to clean that they took a whole day and then denied by saying sorry, we had to call so many times for tv remote as well but they didn’t care to provide that. All over property location and rooms are good but services are poor.

Room conditions and hotel menegment are very very poor. Hotel staff s behaviour was very bad and restaurant

First if all we had booked Double delux room, when we went there they gave us small regular room after verbal fight they gave big room as booked. After that room was not clean at all, at the lunch time Chef was not available, at time of lunch half of menu was not available, service is very very very slow, In breakfast there were only 2 items while you have charged Rs. 500 extra for that.

I booked 10 rooms for 2 days for a company outing. Fake promises of private pool. The “private pools” are shared pool between 3-4 tents. The common pool is always on maintenance or dirty. Rude staff. Manav the property manager is rude. You wont get any support from MakeMyTrip people. There are no mini refrigerator in the rooms. The rooms are super dirty
