My booking was prepaid, after going to the hotel they charged me 200 rupees extra. The TV in the room was not working, there was no pillow cover, there was no duvet cover also, the room was very dirty, there was no bath and hand towel... very very bad 😔😞

Not met expectations, it shows in sec 37 according to app but actually it is in sector 38 and no sign board with name express highway actual hotel name is garden view. Not easy to locate.
