Review Of Zostel Mysore

The property is relaxing and spacious.. it is my first time staying in dorm and i must say it’s pretty much of an amazing experience.. everything was taken care of.. I enjoyed the serenity of the rooftop in the morning and relaxing area in the evening..

The property is located at prime location. It is closer to Mysore's famous tourist spots. The staff is really helpful

very flexible timings and very warm staff. will stay again . clean rooms and bathrooms.

It was a very good hostel for solo travellers.All the required facilities are available nearby the hostel.Railway station is around 2.5 km away. Washrooms are not up to date .. u have to climb stairs to go to washroom . And also non hygienic. Tissue roll was not available.

Bed bugs in the room that was booked. The guest was moved into another room from Day 2. Same issue again. Complaint was made and host denied In addition to this, the AC was not working I the second room and he was provided with a floor fan.

I couldn't stay at this place because somehow either mmt or zostel messed up with booking and on the date of stay when I tried contact both they told there isn't any booking and ultimately I had to book a different stay while the whole payment was done but zostel wasn't shown in my upcoming trips on mmt , today suddenly it started showing in my completed trips, whole waste of my money twice I had to book and really pissed off at both zostel and mmt they didn't even send mail confirmation for zostel stay and messed my booking, usually it doesn't happen with other booking but this time it happened

Overall the experience was good , though the washroom I had to use a shared washroom upstairs which was a bit odd compared to my past experiences (didn't know I had booked that sort of dorm) But overall experience was good

Checked-in late at night and stayed only one night. The check-in process was smooth and the facilities were decent. Easily accessible from the centre of the city and nearby restaurants are good.

Good experience overall. Location is in the heart of the city. Booked a private room with them, felt slightly over priced but could be due to location value. Not happy with small bathroom

The room was spaceous and clean . All basic amenities were available and the hospitality was also good.

The place is located in the city with restaurant all around. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The property is easy to locate and tourist attractions are within 3 KM radius. The parking space is limited, but can accommodate two-wheelers inside the property in covered area. Four-wheelers can be parked outside, just in front of the property, covered by the CCTV. You need to carry towel, soap, etc as the property does not provide it. However you will get clean bed and blanker. There is a proper kitchen area with microwave oven, electric kettle, etc. Hot water in bathrooms are provided 24x7.
