soloAmazing experience at the property! very nice staff. Though there’s a service delay but that’s quite understandable given i travel-led during the snow season.

soloThey charge you extra for room heater given the tariff it’s complementary every where. Also rooms are damp and sheets were also not clean

coupleIt was my fir time in manali and i chose zostel burwa. I must say it was a delightful experience with them. Super friendly staff with all the amenities. And food here is so good. Cooked with love and care as if its home cooked food. I am definitely looking forward to come to zostel burwa when ever i come to manali again.

The zostel is best for hotel in manali comfort is more great than or hotel and food also tasty but here service is little slow

Great experience
Great staff, clean rooms, linen and bathroom. Attic rooms are beautiful. Good food. Mr. Daman and mr. Dinesh are always around to help and assist.

Tucked away in upper manali
coupleNice facility. Attic room has nice interior with good view. Entry to the area where the hotel is situated is difficult. The narayan kund bridge is a one way stretch and often had jams

Lovely property
groupIts a small incredible property, very neat and tidy. Have a good space outside, where they have provision for campfire and space to relax. The only thing that can be improved is quality of equipment in the common room, the pool table was completely broken but other than that, very nice and warm staff, very helpful

Boas experience
We stayed for two nights in a deluxe room. The mattress quality is very poor. They have a coil mattress which is sagged in the middle. We didn't have a quality sleep for our entire stay.

Great experience
Great service and rooms were pretty spacious. The best part was the view from the rooms. Breathtaking. Loads of indoor activities too
