Review Of Zostel Dalhousie

The property is good but if you are a female solo traveller there is not much personal space you get. I booked a single room and had to be there most of the time at hotel because the common room was being used by a group of boys for loud music drinks and such and no one checked. It was really inconvenient that i couldn't use the amenities even though they were there. Most staff i found really great and helpful except one manager. Not taking names for a reason. Want to mention the good works of staff like a boy aditya, really helped for even the smallest requests.

Bad language use. From staff they dont know how to cop-orate with the customer.

It was a pleasure to stay at Zostel Homestay. Enjoyed a lot. The Food was too delicious, and the staff of the zostel is very familiar . Overall Good Experience 👌 👌👌👌👌

It was a good experience and we are four people and other three don't know much about budget travelling and zostel. They totally enjoy the stay,food and view which is mesmerizing 😍😍

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! everything was simply fantastic, and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. The manager at the hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that all guests felt welcomed and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's organized evening and night walks. These activities were truly remarkable and added an extra touch of magic to my trip. It was amazing to explore the surrounding areas during those tranquil hours, guided by knowledgeable staff who shared fascinating insights and stories along the way. The walks allowed me to connect with nature and immerse myself in the beauty of the surroundings, creating lasting memories that i will cherish.

The property is great and very reasonable for the person who are comfortable and are ready to adjust in the dormatery, the beds and cleanliness is very well maintained, and can give rate 7. 5/10. Easily

The staff was very good and friendly. Food quality was good. Room was well kept. Had a very scenic view. The small treck which the staff had taken us was very good.

This totally waste of money charging switches are not working, t. V is not working, lamps are not working, no privacy in deluxe rooms also a window is open in common area and flim which is pasted on window is not working from both side it is visible, rooms are not clean there so many dirts in room, they are charging for boon fire 50 rs per person, you can not get anything in room like tea of lunch and breakfast for everything you have to go to common area.

Location was good, property is nice but cleanliness was an issue. The pillow covers, pillows and quilt covers were dirty. Lots of moisture marks like fungus etc. Food taste was inconsistent - many times food was an issue.
