A great property with top notch services

The property, though small, but has all the amenities a good hotel should have. The open sky bar is beautiful with stunning views. There are some rooms which don’t have a window / balcony, try to avoid that; however, they make it up with the top notch services (esp Sonu & Vishal). Everyone is very accommodating. The place is kids and family friendly. The property is very close to Gandhi Chowk, yet quiet and serene. You can avoid the spa services. Would recommend this property to people who are traveling with kids!

Very nice property and staff. It has very beautiful view of valley which in evening is breath taking . Location is another plus point - 100 meters from Mall Road. Service is quick and food is good.

Beautiful hotel with the view of 360 degree of snow capped mountains both from room as well as from the open restaurant , where high tea was served in the evening. It is nestled in the forest of Devodar and heaven for bird watchers and nature lovers. The rooms are spacious with all modern amenities and lovely interiors. Food is sumptuous too!!

Clean property with great view. Very courteous and helpful staff right from reception. Staff even helped us procure certain medications from pharmacy. Sonu and the manager naresh from the restaurant were very helpful, customising the meal as per need even in the buffet breakfast. The heated pool provides a good relaxing time with a great view of valley. Overall a very worthy getaway.

familyThe usp of this hotel is the property is its proximity from mall road and yet you feel away from the crowd and noise. The property is just 100 meters from mall road which makes it very convenient. The hotel has multiple room types and at first the deluxe room with balcony appeared to be a bit on smaller side but it is perfect for winter. The breakfast spread is extensive and the staff in the hotel and dining service were excellent and very hospitable. It snowed when we were in dalhousie and the multiple decks at the hotel allowed us to enjoy the snow and had amazing and breathtaking views. Overall a great experience.

However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.
